Our team proposed an idea, 'Einstein Validator' - an AI assistant to provide comprehensive support through simple chat interactions, offering limitless possibilities for enhancing Privacy, Accessibility, Product promotion, Deal Generation, Order Creation, Reviews, and more.

I proposed the initial idea, created story scripts using Salesforce's Einstein app, and designed the Einstein UI and prototypes. Also, I produced a demo using Premiere Pro with voiceover, and delivered the final presentation. Also, as a product owner, I managed check-in meetings, made sure our artifacts were submitted on time.
The hackathon mission was to leverage AI and current Salesforce products to work smarter and deliver valuable solutions for the users and enhance business processes.

Privacy and accessibility are consistent challenges we continue to solve/enhance across Salesforce platforms, with AI being the dominant market. In addition to that, users often face difficulties with manual processes for complex workflows.
For example, when orders are created, customers currently receive product orders through multiple channels, such as web services and email. Email orders are time-consuming because staff must read them individually and manually enter the information into the system.

Our Einstein Validator improves all of these areas β accessibility, privacy, product promotion, deal generation, order creation, reviews, and more.
1. The user writes an email to input order details.
2. The seller can then confirm the orders through the Einstein Validator β an AI assistant.
3. Once verified, the order details are stored in the Salesforce Order Details object.
