I proposed the initial idea, created story scripts using the Einstein app on Salesforce, designed the Einstein Validator UI and Figma prototypes, produced demo videos, and delivered the final presentation.

The hackathon mission was to use AI to work smarter and deliver more value to our customers and business processes.

Users are concerned about privacy and accessibility across Salesforce platforms and often face difficulties with manual processes for complex workflows.

For example, in order creation, customers currently receive product orders through multiple channels such as web services and email. Email orders are time-consuming because staff must read them and manually enter the information into the system.

Meet Einstein Validator

Our Einstein Validator improves all of these areas β€” accessibility, privacy, product promotion, deal generation, order creation, reviews, and more.

1. The user writes an email to input order details.

2. The seller can then confirm the orders through the Einstein Validator β€” an AI assistant.

3. Once verified, the order details are stored in the Salesforce Order Details object.
