Directly contributed to a half-million project booking in a competitive environment by partnering with a strategist to illustrate the future-state experience vision and tell a compelling story.

3x Hackathon Winner - Won 2nd place in Lotus x Agentforce Hackathon, 3rd place in AMER AI Hackathon, and 2nd in Salesforce on Salesforce Elevator Pitch Challenge.

Led end-to-end UX for the Data, Visualization & Insights team—spanning discovery, design workshops, reviews, and UI design in Sandbox.

Showcased work at Dreamforce (world’s largest AI event) and Product Decoded, with dashboards later launched to users and praised as “Key Exciting Enhancements.”

Recognized by leadership and peers with multiple shout-outs in All Hands (200+ participants) and continuous kudos throughout the project.

Delivered presentations: "CKO 2 Demo Experience", "Analytics Design in Figma, CRMA, and Tableau", "How I became a 3x Hackathon Winner at Salesforce", and “Creating Design Systems for Scale” in the XD Practice Community Forum.

Sole UX lead for Customer Kick Off 3 Demo Team 3 Seller Experience, in which the demo was shown to over 75,000 employees and well-received by the leadership team and audience.

Was selected as 1 of 10 Runner Award Winners for Large Scale Project (LSP) with a multinational telecommunications company.

Updated and maintained design systems for the internal designers and presented this knowledge to the Experience Design team.

Core UX designer for Microsoft's return-to-workplace app, implemented in 70+ countries, benefiting 14k organizations.

Helped develop Avanade Design Research Certificate Course, educating 100+ professionals globally.

Built a global "safety workflow system" for the Research and Development team at a large chemical manufacturer to make sure that safety guidelines were met and replaced a multitude of current platforms (web & excel sheets) that managed the safety procedures.
